It's very difficult to get a moving violation dismissed when under the jurisdiction of the TVB in New York City - but somehow they did it, for not one but 2 tickets I was given one unfortunate day in Manahattan. They are knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest. They will give you an honest assessment before taking your case and keep you upda...ted during the entire process. In my particular case, they were able to get a dismissal for a speeding ticket that was "inflated" by the officer. So, I was looking at 6 points, insurance increases, fine, and surcharges. And it was only my word against the officer's. I was considering representing myself; however, for a modest fee it was much more convenient to hire an attorney. I know that these firms are all over the Internet, but I know now that I made the correct choice. Even the poor reviews indicate the firm's integrity in that they respond with accurate and detailed information as to why they were unsuccessful. In my case they were able to have my ticket dismissed--zero points, not fine, no insurance increase, no record on my license. I cannot thank them enough. One more thing--what impressed me most was their honest assessment before they even took my case. Many firms will simply take your money and not give you a fair assessment as to whether they can likely get a positive result. of course no one can guarantee a positive result 100% of the time, but as you read these reviews you will see a very high percentage of success. I was a little skeptical about choosing a lawyer who had a high Avvo rating to handle my upstate NY speeding ticket. I had done it with another lawyer in the past and it resulted in a conviction with points. I wasn't sure what they could do in this case because I had quite a nasty record. They did...n't promise anything, and in fact told me the best case scenario was getting it reduced to a 2 point disobey traffic control device conviction. But boy was I thrilled when I got the notice that it was dropped to a 0 point parking ticket! Thanks guys, you saved me from paying a huge variety of fines.

Responsive, but doesn't get into details or review submitted papers. He Simply follows the formal most cost effective less time consuming path and collects the fee. On the bright side he doesn't lie or promise anything . So, business as usual. Provably it is difficult to find lawyer with different a...pproach :( if you can, then you better to avoid any :) all work is based on patterns, but not on real small details and facts. So, do not expect any miracle or justice, just pay or do the home work and save money :)
