Very few people are able to win a case here because the weight is always given to the Police Officer regardless of how right or wron...g they might be. When you appear in court, you sit in front of a DMV Administrative Law Judge (Yes, you're being judged by the very same department that you owe money to if you lose the case!) This Analyzer will basically spell out all the different possibilities of what could or would happen if you fought your case. It even tells you if you should fight your case. And, it will also tell you if you should hire a lawyer to fight your case! I chose to hire Weiss and I'm glad I did. The price was reasonable ($350.) The ticket would have cost me $150 + $93 surcharge + 2 points. Not including the hike in Insurance! The lawyer fee to represent me was $350... I took my chances ... AND; I WON! Weiss and Associates got the ticket dismissed!!! Yes, DISMISSED!!! No ticket on my driving record and no points! Can you say those two words in the same sentence; Honest Lawyer? When it comes to Weiss & Associates, yes you can!!!

The firm assigned a lawyer immediately who expertly managed paperwork/appearances for my traffic violation. The points were significantly reduced and so was the fine. My lawyer always notified me promptly of her receipt of any documents (the courts and mine). She also notified me regularly as to the ...status of the case as it worked through the court. I would, without reservation, recommend using this firm.
