Matthew was very honest upfront about his strategy and the likely outcomes in my situation. He didn't guarantee X or Y outcome which is a degree of honesty I can appreciate and what sold me on hiring him. Whether I won or not I was happy with the fact that he would at least try to delay the heari...ng, and when it came time, he would appear in court for me and I could spend the day at work. In the end my result was a dismissal which was the best outcome possible. If you're reading, thank you Matthew / the rest of you at Weiss & Associates!

Told in NYC you cannot plead down my type of ticket these days - its guilty or not :( A struggling single mom, I could not afford missing work or an insurance hike because of a potential 6pt ticket - BIG DILEMMA! Felt no choice but to hire the firm and said a prayer :) Stressed, worried and skeptica...l that I've been scammed in paying an upfront fee, I was proven WRONG immediately! The attorneys and office staff were responsive, efficient and informative throughout until the end...which I am GRATEFUL & THANKFUL to say ended with NOT GUILTY!
