Found Weiss online and have used their services three times now for traffic violations (cell phone, and twice related to making turns). Two of these were bs and the 3rd iffy. In one of the cases the police officers were just blatantly wrong (not sure it was an honest mistake...). One case is still... pending, the other two were successfully resolved (dismissals). Each time they have been upfront about what the outcomes could be (no pleading down violations in Manhattan - its either win/dismiss or lose) and felt like they even tried talking me out of using them this last time because there was a low likely hood of success (found out today that case was dismissed). They also communicated over email periodically and always had the sense that they were on top of things. No guarantee of outcome, but 2 for 2 so far and that definitely earns my repeat business.
