The best of the best no kidding at all

All I can say it’s DRIVE SAFELY but sometimes motorists are caught in something that you did not intended to do and not represents you as motorist in daily basis. Well, I had one of those nights and I called Weiss and Associates so scared and shocked of what happened. They’re respons was fast an...d firm “ Don’t panic we will handle your case with our best experienced attorneys” right away I was much relaxed and the lady on the phone was a sweetheart I can thank her so much by this way. They did not give me a 100% answer about winning the ticket but they made me feel SAFE and don’t have that police fear don’t know why lots of people fear police instead to feel safe around them. Here I am today not knowing how to thank this well educated and experienced lawyers I guess words wouldn’t do to much but I will have them and they’re family in my prayers to keep them healthy for doing such great job when you fell hopeless they will pick you up. Thank you and GOD BLESS!!!

Matthew Weiss did a great job.

I am so pleased with the work or Mr Weiss on my behalf. I know that its almost impossible to win in New Yorks DOT court, but I really wanted to fight and he and his firm did exactly that. I hired Weiss & Associates to fight a traffic violation ticket. I paid their full fees at the beginning itself. I never had any violation in my 20+ years of driving. After more than a year, i ended paying the full penalty and points at the court. Weiss & Associates did nothing for my case.

Lisa, unfortunately we do not win every NYC traffic ticket (where they do NOT plea bargain but rather require all not guilty cases to go for a trail). In fact, we lose plenty of cases. However, we clearly explain this upfront. Further, we appeared numerous times on your cases delaying it more than a year. We do not charge extra to delay a case so long. In fact, we lose. However, we do so to maximize your chances of winning. Finally, it is very unfair to give us a 1-star rating when we were honest upfront, professionally and vigorously defended you and kept you regularly updated. We did not issue the ticket or find you guilty. We simply vigorously defended you to the best of our ability.

Successfully Eliminated 8 pts!

Matthew and team provided personal and efficient service. They managed my expectations given the county and district of the tickets and then proceeded tactically as discussed and we were fortunate to have 8 pts eliminated by the judge.
