The office is run well, and the staff is very organized and responsive - and they keep you up to date every step of the way. I like email communication, and they were great at that. It was a big relief for us to not have to go to court, navigate the re-scheduling process and just hoping for the best. Instead, we got great results on both of our tickets. The thing is, of course we are thrilled with the results, but it still would have been money well spent to have them handle it if we weren't happy with the verdict. It was just good to know you are taking your best shot, and not worrying about court dates and long waits, etc. Highly recommend!
