I was issued a speeding ticket back in February of 2016, facing a six-point fine and possibly license suspension; after a friend’s referral and doing some of my own research, I decided to hire Weiss & Associates,P.C. Although I didn’t have my ticket dismissed; the attorneys at Weiss & associates were... able to have my speeding ticket reduced from six points to four points. The amendment of an infraction in the Traffic Violation Bureau Court is rare. I myself thought this was impossible in NYC but, nonetheless they got it done. My case began in February 2016 and concluded in February 2020. Throughout this time the attorneys tried their best to have the case dismissed, they rescheduled the hearing multiple times, in hopes that the issuing officer does not attend. Through out this time they kept me updated and sent me reminders of my case via email. Which I think was amazing and very convenient. The whole process was seamlessly easy. Once I hired the attorneys my part was done. I did not have to lift a finger nor did I have to attend any hearing. Bottom line the Attorneys at Weiss & Associates are the best, and I will definitely hire them again should the occasion arise. They are honest; right from the start I was expecting a bad outcome, however I am content with the end result of my case. Once again I Highly recommend them.

I received a speeding ticket on I 95 in the Bronx - a 6 point ticket - in January, 2017. I went to the hearing on the assigned date but the police officer didn't show. In Westchester County, the matter would have been dismissed; not in NYC.
