Excellent Service

My husband and I sought the services of the Law Office of Cheryl R. David to help us with the filing of my marriage based Green Card application. We had heard many stories about unpleasant experiences with immigration lawyers and tried to be very cautious about who we would seek assistance from. Af...ter reading the reviews about this law office, we decided to go for it. Thank God we did. From the first day we went in for a consultation right up until the day of our interview they were with us every step of the way. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed information about our case, we never had a problem in getting that information because there was a paralegal assigned to our case who made sure that we were always updated about any changes with the case. When we had gotten the date for our interview, a session was scheduled with us in order to prepare us for what was to be expected. Since we wanted a lawyer to accompany us on the day of the interview, we were told from the beginning that if Cheryl could not make it, there would be another lawyer to accompany us. Cheryl could not make it, but I must say that the lawyer who accompanied us was very knowledgeable about our case and that was very reassuring. She was just as friendly and pleasant you would think we had known each other for a long time. I have read reviews about persons sending emails, calls to Cheryl without any responses. But that was not the case for us. I have emailed Cheryl and did not have a problem, and as I said before, there was a paralegal who was assigned to our case so we were always in contact with that person as well. My experience was a pleasant one and based on that experience, I can honestly say that I would recommend the Law Office of Cheryl R. David to assist you with your immigration needs.

Professional, direct and resourceful.

Cheryl David was recommended to me by Immigration Help Center in Queens. My very complicated case goes back almost 30 years. One of New York City's leading immigration attorneys

Cheryl was among the 3 immigration attorneys I consulted with. We decided to hire her for the Adjustment of Status application because she asked the right questions that the other attorneys didn't. She also determined we could successfully file my wife's citizenship application without an attorney. S...he didn't want to get paid for something we could do by ourselves. She will do her due diligence before taking on your case. Cheryl and her staff are highly professional. Our case was properly filed and approved without a hitch.

Best lawyer for complicated cases

I met Cheryl thanks to a recommendation from another lawyer that told me she was the best lawyer I could find to handle my case.. I had a situation of overstay and there was a possibility of having my green card denied. Cheryl was very very knowledgeable since day 1 and everything she recommended ...was the best to do. We passed through moments that could have been worst but thanks to Cheryl and Lindsey everything for resolved successfully. Cheryl and Lindsey are the kind of lawyers you need by your side specially if your case is complicated. She really knows the law and all the interpretations it could have. Impressed !

I had a quick telephonic consultation with Att. Cheryl regarding a consular processing issue. She has immense knowledge of non-immigrant visas. She explained to me all available options very clearly. I would strongly recommend this law firm.
