Trustworthy and Knowledgeable

Cheryl was highly recommended to us by my husband's colleague at his law firm. Our family member received a Notice to Appear after consulting with a previous incompetent lawyer who misguided her. We all thought her future was over and deportation was around the corner. We consulted with Cheryl and im...mediately was comforted not only by her sincerity but also by her in-depth knowledge of the complex immigration law, extensive experience, and involvement with the pro-immigration community. Cheryl was honest with us. My family member's options were limited, but Cheryl worked hard to get her the best situation she could have considering the political landscape and current immigration law. She was hopeful yet not misleading. My entire family found comfort with Cheryl. Personally, I value that she is involved with Schumer's office and has a network that keeps her abreast of policy changes with ICE and DHS. I highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who is in any type of immigration situation. Her entire staff is welcoming and helpful as well. Learning from our experience, it is extremely important to consult with an experienced immigration lawyer with good intentions who is focused on the success of your case. Cheryl is clearly that type of immigration lawyer and we are very thankful for her expertise. Best Immigration Lawyer

No one understands the system better than Cheryl. She's smart, resourceful and makes things happen. She was proactive and did extensive research to prepare me for my case. Even through some unexpected developments, I always felt she had my best interest and skillfully argued my case to its successful... conclusion. I trust her implicitly.

Excellent Attorney! Strongly recommend to anybody who needs a trustworthy immigration attorney. Please read!

Before we met with Cheryl David, our family has gone through a nightmare of dealing with 3 other attorneys that we hired prior to her in New York city. The case was a matter of life for us (literally). We were ready to fight for it and pay as much as needed. Every time we met with one of the previou...s attorneys, we stressed how important the case was to us and that we would pay as much as needed, but needed to make sure the case was handled diligently and needed a lot of attention. Everybody promised to us what asked for before we paid the retainers. Every time the process started, we were realizing quickly that either attorneys were not quailified enough (despite we were very careful hiring them) or they just wanted our money. It sounds quite cliche, but if you ever been in our position (sincerely hope not though), you would understand exactly what I mean. God only knows how much tears, pain, disappointment, time and money all of it cost us.... Our case was very complicated and required quite a lot of attention to detail, patience, a great amount of understanding of the situation and a substantial number of documents involved. Communication was extremely critical for all parties involved. Cheryl exceeded all of our expectations and helped us win our case. Anybody who deals with her professionally, personally or any other capacity are surely proud to know such a reputable and highly professional attorney, great person the way she is and have no doubts great friend to her friends. Excellent immigration attorney

My husband was in need of an immigration attorney. I consulted with 3 other immigration attorneys prior to discovering Cheryl David. I found her through a not for profit organization and she came highly recommended. From the moment I first spoke to her, I knew she was the one. She is extremely k...nowledgeable in her area of expertise. I explained the situation, and she knew immediately that he had relief. She is very down to earth. She treated us with respect. We were very comfortable when dealing with her. Her fees were reasonable. Her staff was also great. Cheryl answers the phone and returns calls. Great customer service. Immigration Attorney

Cheryl is the best. she has a great stuff who are also knowledgeable. i felt very comfortable with her approach and her service. her fee is reasonable. there was nothing i asked that was not done. responsive always.
