One of a kind! Close to perfection!!

MS David worked tirelessly and successfully to correct mistakes of our other lawyers and successfully process immigration papers for us. She reopened a case and fought for justice until she got it. If you have found this site and her, consider yourself more than lucky! You found a blessing!

i have known Ms. David for several years, i consider myself to be very bless to have her assign to my case back in 1995 when she work for another well known attorney Kerry Bretz. during the time of my representation i grow to love and respect Ms. David she is a very caring person who takes a personal... interest in her clients and they family well being. she is not cheep but worth every penny. it's because of Ms. David hard work and dedication i was allow stay in the u.s and resume a normal life with my family. I TRULY LOVE HER. she is a great attorney and a wonderful person to know. by the way,i am black and she have no idea i am writing this. she is just a great person. as a matter of fact i was one of the people who would always encourage her to open her own law practice, over the years i have recommend people to her and will continue to do so.

100% unprofessional, will misguide you and abandon your case

We hired Cheryl David to assist us in my green card obtention. All went well until I received a Green Card with the wrong expiration date. After noticing and inquiring multiple times (she doesn't respond to most of her emails, once you've paid her), she said all was good and not to worry, that she wo...uld let us know when to renew the card. Not only she didn't let me know, but completely abandoned my case when inquiring for help, and now I will be put in deportation proceedings. So unprofessional, negligent, misguiding and unapologetic.

Cheryl is far from perfect, and inflexible.

I cant believe Cheryl has a perfect rating on avvo.com. I found her to be impatient, inflexible and perhaps knowledgeable about common immigration routes, but was completely incapable and unhelpful with my visa situation. After I paid the consultation fee and had a very short consultation i...n which Cheryl told me I shouldnt even bother trying, I emailed Cheryl with follow-up questions about my situation pertaining to visas which we had not talked about, which she has yet to answer. Perhaps because I need to pay her another $150 to answer these questions? In defiance of her opinion, I have sought a second immigration lawyer who is FAR more helpful and is actually on my side, questioning how I can best attain work status, as opposed to Cheryl who immediately dismissed me as a case that was too hard. If you have an easy case, Cheryl can do it, but if you have an obscure case, or a difficult case, she wont bother picking up the gloves, or even tell you that you have a chance when you do. She is not on your side, she is simply a machine executing immigration law, finding the easiest clients and fulfilling their needs at a premium and dispensing with all other clients, something she can get away with probably because of her high rating on avvo.com . I almost gave up my dreams and aspirations because of this snot. I went home after meeting with her and cried my heart out thinking I had to give up. It took me months before I tried again, and low and behold, it's all going to work out in the end. Cheryl did nothing but hinder my immigration.
