Dear Cheryl Since I did not get to talk to you properly after receiving my green-card, I thought of writing you an e-mail to thank you for the amazing job that you did on my behalf. When I first started the application process with your help, I full well knew we had a very slim chance if any to su...cceed. Through out the process your encouragement and dedication towards the task at hand gave me the encouragement I needed to proceed. It is this dedication, that ultimately resulted in what seemed almost impossible at the beginning becoming reality. And after so many months of interviews and numerous other proceedings now I can finally live a proper life in the US with my wife, and all of it thanks to you. Wish I had found this Lawyer much earlier when I started the process of immigration for my family members

This Lawyer is knowledgeable, does not prey on customers` ignorance to charge them exorbitant fees. I am very satisfied and wish I had met her much earlier when I started the process of immigration for my family. That will have saved me tens of thousand of dollars which I was charged from sharks of... Lawyers.

Ms.David and her firm are honest hard working people that if it wasn't for them my family would be seperated. My hysband had a lawyer before Ms.David and if I kept him I would have lost my husband and he would have been deported. Thanks to ms.david and her amazing staff who put in alot to my husband'...s case he was released from ICE custody and within 5 months he is now a resident of the united states thanks again to ms.david.

Outstanding Service

I was recommended to Ms. Cheryl David by another attorney who was familiar with Cheryl's outstanding reputation in the immigration court circuit. I was told "if anyone can help you, it's Cheryl". That in itself speaks volumes. I had been through several attorneys with no results on an issue that beg...an 11 years ago. Cheryl and her team were clear and concise on what to expect and held my hand through the entire process. All of my emails and phone calls were attended to and I never doubted that Cheryl and her team were doing their very best in handling my case. The positive outcome of my case solidified my trust in her and her associate, Lindsey Gauzza, who is wonderful as well, and I have just hired her to handle another case for a family member.

I wish every immigration lawyer was like her

After ten years in New York City and six or seven lawyers, I finally found the most honest, hard-working, and knowledgeable immigration attorney around. Not even once did I ever feel that Ms. David tried to take advantage or me or the precarious situation that I was in (where several other attorneys... with whom I worked did). I have already recommended her services to several of my friends and they feel the same way that I do. I recommend Ms. David in the most sincere and heartfelt way possible.
