Severance Package

Alex was very responsive and provided great advise in reviewing my separation agreement and negotiating the severance package. I highly recommend him!

Thorough and very helpful

Alex helped me with my first employment agreement. He thoroughly explained every paragraph of the contract and carefully instructed me on negotiation points for conversations with my employer. He drafted emails for me and was available by email and phone at my request to answer the many questions/c...oncerns I had throughout the process. He successfully guided me in bargaining for additional compensation, which was an unexpected bonus. I also found him very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend his services.

Available, Helpful, and Honest

I had a VERY positive experience. My favorite thing about having Alexander Granovsky, as my lawyer was his excellent communication skills and the fact that it was very easy to get in touch with him. He went above and beyond in responding to any questions and concerns I had and talked me through the p...rocess, making sure that I understood everything that was going on in my case and that I was comfortable with every step of the process. After being wrongfully terminated from my job (which I had moved across the country for), I felt like I was drowning in trying to figure out what rights I had and what my next step should be. Alexander Granovsky was able to talk me through my rights, what action I could take and what I could/couldn't reasonably expect in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was even available to me on weekends, which I felt was really going above and beyond. Ultimately, he helped me to be successful in my case and to move on from what had been a bad situation with my previous employer. While I hope that I am never in the situation I had been in with any place of employment again, I would definitely contact Mr. Granovsky if the situation were to occur. He was both extremely competent but also approachable and easy to contact and I would highly recommend him as a lawyer.
