Great consultation, quick advice and responsive
Alex was incredibly helpful, to the point in discussing next steps with employment contract negotiations. He asked the right questions and made me feel confident in my decision making process! I appreciate his responsiveness and highly recommend him.

Useful contract review and advice
Alex provided a good independent review of two employment contracts (i.e. separation and consulting agreements). In addition, he provided very effective advice on negotiating with my employer on certain terms, which ultimately resulted in enhanced benefits. Would highly recommend.

Severance negotiation
