A Lawyer Who Listens AND A Skilled Negotiator

I selected Alex to represent me because of his Avvo rating and astuteness of New York Employment law. I have consulted with other New York Employment law attorneys surrounding contracts in the past and left displeased in their attention spans, polish, communication abilities, and negotiation tactics.... Building the right foundation upon exiting and entering a new company in the same field/industry can be challenging to navigate. Alex took the time to listen to my professional needs and desired projection of the future with the potential new company I would be joining. I was highly impressed by his attention to detail line item by line item through my complex contracts with efficiency (aka he didn't milk the time). His ability to communicate the pros and cons of each section and align amendments based on my needs and future best interests were impressive. His astuteness and skill expedited the negotiation process and I accepted the offer and contracts/agreements within the week. I have been employed in software and healthcare for a couple decades (so you can imagine the contractual language I am presented with). Alex will be my go-to for any contractual needs moving forward. Lastly, I was not asked or incentivized to leave a review. I perceive with the vast sea of options for counsel out there it can be challenging to filter quality and skilled execution, especially in Employment Law in New York City.

Top rate lawyer/firm - trustworthy, responsive, and empathetic

Alex was referred by a highly reputable lawyer from a top AmLaw law firm to assist with a severance agreement that required a quick turnaround over a holiday. Alex contacted me within hours despite the holiday, and demonstrated his longtime experience and expertise in this area by sifting through al...l the legalese and flagging the main terms of concern. Not only was Alex’s guidance crisp and clear, he was very empathetic about the situation and my best interests were foremost in his mind. I highly recommend Alex and his firm for their areas of expertise.

Do not hesitate.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex Granovsky of Granovsky and Sundaresh PLLC on a Severance / Non-Compete issue with my former employer. Alex was great to work with , he was very communicative throughout the process and helped me get additional months compensation as well as limiting se...veral issues in a strangling non-compete agreement. Very good service

Alex helped me on my severance case when the HR and the head of my group refused to talk to me directly. Before working with Alex, I've talked to 10+ attorneys, some of them thought they could do nothing and some have very expensive rates. Alex got the perfect score and review on Avvo, came to me wit...h very reasonable price, but very high quality of work and helped me raise the severance package. Highly recommend!

Non-Competition Clause - Best outcome possible!

I consulted Alex regarding the Non-competition clause of my contract, that my company was trying to use as a leverage to make me stay longer. Alex took time to explain in details every clauses of my contract, and what it means in my case. He answered to a list of questions that I had prepared for h...im, and we discussed about the different possible outcomes of the negotiation with my company. After the call with Alex, I already felt relieved! Not only, I knew how to negotiate with my employer but also by having a good understanding of the terms of my contract, I realized that actually I had more negotiation power than my employer. I had the best outcome possible during the meeting with my company, they finally waived my non-competition clause with nothing in return.
