Went above and beyond

Alex and his team worked harder than expected. After receiving a baseless and vindictive cease-and-desist letter, he tried his best to resolve the issue and come to an agreement without resorting to litigation, getting me back to work and keeping the cost down as much as possible. Alex only suggest...ed litigation after it was clear that my former employer was not interested in being reasonable or fair. Even though the ordeal ended up costing far more than it should have, it was ultimately a success. Throughout the extremely stressful process (not knowing if you will be permitted to work takes a toll), Alex was very patient with me and attentive. He and his team presented my options plainly and worked efficiently, keeping costs within his upfront ballpark estimate.

Very helpful!

Alex gave me great input and advice (on short notice) on various complicated considerations, with respect to an offer letter. He also clearly understood the balance and optics of negotiating with tact.

Severance Agreement Review
