Extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable - would hire again!

Alex Granovsky was a fantastic help with my latest employment contract. He Provided me with very clear and professional feedback under a relatively urgent deadline. He was extremely responsive by both phone and email, very consultative in his approach and helped me understand the different negotiatio...n paths I could go down based on my specific situation. In the end I was able to get an increase in pay plus better employment protection for myself. He was willing to answer any additional questions I had and ensure I was armed with all the knowledge and answers I needed. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone needing help with employment contracts of any kind!

Quick response to inquiry

I spoke with Alex regarding an employment situation where I was being asked to resign based on an errant email. I was on a deadline to respond to my company and Alex quickly called me back and provided sound advice. If the situation progresses as I hope I will employ Alex to help review and secure ...a severance package.

Composing a Response to a Written Warning Letter - Employee with Disability and Reasonable Accommodation

I was referred to Mr. Granovsky by another top employment/disability rights attorney who helped me last year but was too busy right now. After emailing him, Mr. Granovsky called me back within a very short time. I was seeking legal review of a written response to an unjust, nonfactual warning letter ...I received at my place of employment. I have been employed with the organization between 10-20 years, and have always had only excellent performance evaluations. Then my boss resigned about a year ago, and I have been isolated, unsupported and the recipient of hostile behavior from admin since that time. I also declared a disability a year ago, have a reasonable accommodation, and recently had to take some FMLA leave. Mr. Gravonsky was kind, reassuring and provided excellent consultation and advice on the phone, and suggested I do not need to incur the expense of a lawyer at this time. I really really appreciate this, and will be contacting him in the future, if I am terminated or need some other employment counsel.
