Easy and straightforward

The office had me set up with a phone call with Alex quickly and, during that phone call, Alex and I walked through all of the terms of my physician offer letter/agreement line by line. I asked questions along the way and he answered them. After that, during the back and forth with my future employe...r, Alex was very responsive when I contacted him and even checked in with me proactively a couple of times to see how things were going. Great experience.

A trustworthy employment attorney

Prior to reaching out to Alex for a review of my severance agreement, I had engaged with another attorney. However, the former attorney was not able to clearly explain the terms and answer my questions. As a result, I decided to seek a secondary review/opinion on the severance agreement and engaged w...ith Alex. Alex is professional and patient. He was able to clearly explain each paragraph of the agreement, provide advice based on his experience, and provide me different options to consider as next steps. He also helped answer my follow-up questions after the initial review of the agreement. Alex was responsive to my emails / follow-up questions and usually responded back within 24 hours. I found responsiveness is very important for this type of matter as receiving a severance agreement could be a stressful experience that one wants to resolve as soon as possible. As a comparison, some other attorneies who I reached out did not even respond to my initial requests. Overall, it was a good experience working with Alex and I would recommend Alex for people who need a review of their severance agreement.

Excellent!

As a physician who recently went through a change of jobs, I am extremely grateful to have had the team of Granovsky and Sundaresh in my corner for contract review and guidance during that time.  They are experienced, meticulous, prompt and perhaps, most importantly, they are thoughtful.  They review...ed my contract in detail along with subsequent revisions and they explained its terms/meaning/life implications to me in a way that was easy to understand.  They were present and patient and even offered to speak directly with my employer to help negotiate certain terms.  In the end, we reached a contract with my employer that I'm very happy with -- I feel protected and excited about our final product.  If you want to be supported by a team that is kind, diligent and relentless in helping you reach your goals, these are your guys.  Thanks so much, Neeti and Alex!

Helped me through a difficult situation

Responsive, Honest and a Fighter

I was a senior executive of a public company out of NY with an employment contract dispute that turned very nasty. I had a 'blue chip' legal firm assist me during the initial dispute; however, after my termination, I decided to change my attorney as I knew it was going to be a real fight with my prev...ious employer. After several personal recommendations, I chose Alex, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He assessed the case concisely, wrote an excellent claim, and handled both my private Arbitration and civil case. My former employer hired 'big gun' lawyers and tried to bully and litigate their way out of the case. Alex stood his ground, was always honest with me on the case, and counseled me when the stress levels got extremely high. No claim if ever bulletproof, however, Alex navigated around the issues to make sure I had the best arguments and could make informed decisions. He and his team we remarkably responsive, and I could tell that they cared about me and my case. The end result was an excellent outcome for my family and me. I recommend Alex to anyone within my network who needs employment legal help.
