So, before hiring Alex Segal and his team, I had two other immigration attorneys. One was from York and another one from Philly. And sadly neither of them really believed that I would win my case. It needs to be said that the case i had was pretty complicated and I myself had big doubts about winnin...g it. But I wanted my lawyer to believe in winning and not tell me that the odds were not in my favor. So, luckily I ended up with Alex. I felt a huge difference between him and other two guys I paid money to. Couple thing I want to mention: with previous guys I had to travel for couple hours for every appointment. With Alex where is an option to do everything that is possible by Skype. Another thing is how quickly i got responses every time i called or e`mailed the office. I had one of the most complicated cases (as for me) in the history of Immigration. Had filed case in CA where was turned down and sent to court, then changed venue to MA, while venues were in the process of changing, received a notice to appear in front of Judge in CA. Failed to appear...received a d...eportation notice by CA Judge being in MA. Time passed by (about 1 year) I started to worry about my status and situation with the paperwork.
