An attorney who works hard to help you win

I'm extremely thankful to the attorney A.J.Segal and each and every member of his team. They are all professional, polite and well organized. I came to A.J Segal after almost 2 years of wasting my time and money with other attorneys and lawyers. After the first meeting with A.J. Segal I had all the a...nswers to all my questions that nobody before could answer properly. I felt very confident and protected. With the help of Mr. Segal and his team I was granted my status. A. J. Segal is an attorney who works hard to help, knows his subject well and treats client with respect. Also he is very approachable and responsive. From my own experience I know how rare it is to find an attorney who is available almost 24 hours for you. I know for sure if anything ever happens to me or my friends I know that Mr. Segal will be here to help. I would strongly recommend the attorney A. J. Segal and his team. Again thank you very much!!!

So, Alex did tremendous job during the period of 6 years. I can say that sometimes I had no idea what to do, b...ut with Alex and his Office (I have to say thank you to them too) I overcomed my Immigration problems, and would like to cooperate with Alex and his office in the nearest future too. He is professional, trustful, tactful and intelligent Lawyer. I am proud of to have such Lawyer.

A-plus attorney and Great Person

A-plus attorney. We've been working with Alexander on my asylum case for the last three years and still working on it. My opinion about him was changing since the the first day I met him. First time I did not like him but eventually realized how good he is as a lawyer and what a great Person he is. ...So if you don't like him at your first look just start working with him, trust me , he is the best. Be prepared to work hard on your case and Alexander will guide you. In the court he is fighting for your rights like a spartan. Describing him as a person I just want to share my personal story. During the case I got cancer (luckily it looks like it is cured now) and Alexander offered me his attorney's help for free. So be sure he will not leave you alone when you are in trouble...

Best decision ever made

My husband’s immigration case was handled poorly by his previous lawyer and was denied. We wanted to switch lawyers. However the task proved very difficult. Most lawyers that we consulted with spoke more about the money and payments rather than the immigration problem at hand. And some didn’t even wa...nt to take the case. Finally, we consulted with Alexander J. Segal. After the consultation my husband and I both agreed, this man knew what to do. Mr.Segal told us the reality of the situation, he never gave us false hope or any sugar coated promises. Mr.Segal was very forward about the case but at the same time, gave me and my husband hope. Which all the other lawyers failed to do. I found Mr. Segal to be very approachable. He is an extremely genial and compassionate person. Unlike other lawyers, who barely answer any questions or concerns, Mr. Segal will sit down with you and answer all your questions even if it means repeating himself over and over until you understand. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to know what is going on with their case. Mr.Segal is a very easy person to talk to and will make anyone feel comfortable. He will talk to you as if you are an old buddy. He will say things to lighten the situation and brighten up your mood. My husband was deported and it was a very difficult time for me. I never had to deal with immigration and knew very little about it. My husband was the one taking care of the case. But with him gone, I was at a loss. Mr.Segal was my guidance. He helped me understand what was going on and told me exactly what I had to do if I wanted my husband back in the U.S. It was tiresome having to work, going to school, taking care of things and running around with the entire immigration problem. Many times I couldn’t go to Mr. Segal’s office due to my busy schedule. However, whenever I used to email him he always responded. If he was unavailable, someone else from the office emailed back a response with the necessary information. I never had any trouble contacting Mr.Segal via phone, skype, email, or in person at his office. He makes himself available for all his clients at all times. He never made me feel as if I was a bother or that i was pestering him. He would always walk me through the problem and explain everything down to the very smallest detail. I went overseas for three months to see my husband. During this time period Mr.Segal and his staff continuously notified me if there were any changes or updates in the case. I never had to hunt him down for information or updates. That's one of the things I appreciate the most, the updates and information was given to you readily. Mr.Segal is highly experienced and knows exactly how things will be. He is very informative and guided me through every step on what to do about the case. The time frame I was told in which the case will be solved was very much accurate. I am very happy with my decision to work with Mr. Segal for my husband’s immigration case. And I am beyond grateful for his guidance and hard work. Now my husband's case is approved and he is back in the United States.

An Amazing Lawyer

My husband was arrested and deported from U.S. April 2011. From that moment on, our entire lives turned upside down. My husband was in the country for 12 years and he had a voluntary deportation since 2001 which he did not obey. This is a scary and a long story, believe me. A week after the arrest, I ...went to Alexander J. Segal, an Immigration Lawyer whose office is located in New York City. He dealt with our case very carefully and wisely because it was a very complicated case. He got an approval for form I-130, which we've been waiting for 7 years, without an interview. He successfully prepared my husband for an interview with the American Consulate in Georgia and he successfully prepared and filed two waivers to Moscow to remove his deportation and let him back into U.S. All of this took exactly 15 months and now our family has been reunited and my husband just received a permanent Green Card. Of all the lawyers we've been to, Alexander J. Segal has been the only one who promised and successfully kept his promise of bringing back my husband. My husband says " Alex, you gave me a second chance to live and my entire family is grateful for this". We highly recommend Alexander J. Segal to anyone who has given up hope!
