Had filed case in CA where was turned down and sent to court, then changed venue to MA, while venues were in the process of changing, received a notice to appear in front of Judge in CA. Failed to appear...received a d...eportation notice by CA Judge being in MA. Time passed by (about 1 year) I started to worry about my status and situation with the paperwork.
