Alex is very prepared in his level of expertise in the complex law of immigration. I can tell you that with all the years we have be...en fighting my husband's immigration battle ( Alex took on my husban's case while my husband was detained due to another attorneys negligence that wound up my husband getting detained by I.C.E.)With that being said I have had my share in looking and dealing with other immigration attorneys before I found Alexander J. SEGAL. I tell you with out a doubt in sight that there are far and few like him if any, this attorney is not only knowledgeable about his expertise but honest. I have always trusted his judgment and advice, it is easy to believe someone that not only sounds as if he knows what he does but also explains and make you understand the whole scope of things (I am very educated about immigration law from Alex) rather than just filing one option that you will not benefit from and leave you stranded. My husband and I retain mr.segal on Jan 31 2012, for adjustment of status. I was the one being adjusted and my husband was petitioning for me. I surf the web and obtained the numbers for at least 20 immigration lawyers, I was going through the list that I aquired and found that mr.sergal's office was... most favorable to me, the secretary was detail and very explicit, clear and percise which led me to believe that she knew exactly what she was about, so I set up an interview where my husband and I can meet with the attorney. after a brief and detailed meet my husband and i retained mr.segals' office for council, and i must say i mr.segal is awesome, their is no other way to put it. he prepared me, for my interview and assisted me even when i felt discourage.
