My husband’s immigration case was handled poorly by his previous lawyer and was denied. We wanted to switch lawyers. However the task proved very difficult. I had one of the most complicated cases (as for me) in the history of Immigration. Had filed case in CA where was turned down and sent to court, then changed venue to MA, while venues were in the process of changing, received a notice to appear in front of Judge in CA. Failed to appear...received a d...eportation notice by CA Judge being in MA. Time passed by (about 1 year) I started to worry about my status and situation with the paperwork.
