I can't express enough how grateful I am that I hired Mr. McGuckin for my cases. I had 3 cases, all marijuana related which included charges for possession, paraphernalia and a DUI. At first the plan was to try and wait it out because there was a lot of talk about New Jersey legalizing recreational m...arijuana. Well that plan fell through so the next best thing to do was apply for consolidation. He was able to consolidate 3 separate cases from 2 different counties into 1 which is incredible. I used my conditional discharge for all the marijuana offenses, and was able to get my DUI dropped. I repeat, Mr. McGuckin was able to get my DUI completely dismissed! He truly went above and beyond. My 12 year old autistic son was charged with serious offenses during non custodial parent visitation.
