I can't express enough how grateful I am that I hired Mr. McGuckin for my cases. I had 3 cases, all marijuana related which included charges for possession, paraphernalia and a DUI. At first the plan was to try and wait it out because there was a lot of talk about New Jersey legalizing recreational m...arijuana. Well that plan fell through so the next best thing to do was apply for consolidation. He was able to consolidate 3 separate cases from 2 different counties into 1 which is incredible. I used my conditional discharge for all the marijuana offenses, and was able to get my DUI dropped. I repeat, Mr. McGuckin was able to get my DUI completely dismissed! He truly went above and beyond. I truly wish I met Stephen on better term but truly was a blessing when I did. Was facing a second dwi offense and was scared for my life. Stephen showed me so much compassion and sympathy and never looked down at me. After discussing what exactly happened on my fist offense Stephen felt the grief t...hat I had and felt like I was given a raw deal. With great determination knowledge he promised me it would not happen again and that he would make sure that every stone was turned with this new case. Being me I thought that I was just being lied to but Stephen sure did make sure he did and deliver the greatest outcome I could of imagine. He got my case dismissed and was given the minimal charge. Steve has been awesome! I got pulled over for a DUI in November and I explained him my situation about school and he was able to work with me and the court to get my date pushed so I can finish school, even doe I was suppose to get 7 months loss of license but Steve definitely have some tricks up his... sleeves and managed to get me a 3 months suspension without an interlock device which was great outcome and every student could wish for. I highly recommend him, if you don't you missing out and he is very very very reasonable. Guys give him a shot or you will regret for the rest of your life why you did not hire Steve McGuckin.
