as someone who has a basis for comparison as to what a good lawyer is and is not I am fully confident in saying Stephen McGuckin is as solid and standup as I could have ever asked for. Very very prompt and communicative, very easy to reach, never once did I speak to another associate, always directl...y with him, which is something I value as he is the one I retained, I am living in Texas and was represented in multiple counties in NJ without having to appear, in the end my charges were all dropped, I was even able to contact Stephen regarding traffic issues and for financial estate attorney referrals revolving a death in my family. Steve has been awesome! I got pulled over for a DUI in November and I explained him my situation about school and he was able to work with me and the court to get my date pushed so I can finish school, even doe I was suppose to get 7 months loss of license but Steve definitely have some tricks up his... sleeves and managed to get me a 3 months suspension without an interlock device which was great outcome and every student could wish for. I highly recommend him, if you don't you missing out and he is very very very reasonable. Guys give him a shot or you will regret for the rest of your life why you did not hire Steve McGuckin.
