Great lawyer

From day 1 Steve was very helpful in coming up with a plan to resolve my case. He was available outside of office hours which was very convenient for me and answered any questions that I had. Steve's prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

Driving While Under DUI Suspension

Mr. McGuckin is by far the best attorney I've ever dealt with. Great with communication, and does his BEST to beat your case. Would highly recommend him for anyone facing a DUI, DWI and or driving while suspended.

Effective

Extremely professional and helpful

Steve did an amazing job. He knocked a careless driving accident ticket which would have cost me my license down to obstruction with zero points and a few less then the ticket would have. I would highly recommend Steve!

His confidence beat a 2nd offense marijuana possession charge

In New Jersey, it is against state to dismiss a 2nd offense marijuana possession charge. Steve's confindence in his convictions and relentless questioning of the prosecutor led them to dismiss all charges in fear of it leading to a trial they were not apt to handle. Steve's empathy, compassion and de...ep knowledge of our legal system makes him by far the best choice for yourself or a loved one.
