Stephen McGuckin helped me with a ticket I received for being on the phone while driving. Not only was I dismissed with no penalty, but I was also given no points on my license. He was very polite and helped me throughout the entire process. I could not have asked for a better attorney and I canno...t thank him enough for helping me. I was personally in the worst situation I could have possibly been in in my entire life!! Facing a 2nd Degree Felony charge with jail time. Through Stephen's perseverance and determination, I was able to get my life back in order. Not only was he able to talk the prosecution out of jail time but also... was able to get me accepted into the PTI program.
