2nd offense Cell Phone Ticket Dismissed !! CDL Career Saved

Best attorney ever, today he got my charge dismissed. Robert is extremely professional and a down to earth guy, the prosecutor wanted me to plead guilty and was offering me plead deals which I was not comfortable accepting because I have a CDL. Robert was able to get the prosecutor to dismiss the cha...rge. The prosecutor was a difficult guy and Robert was able to get the job done. If you get charged with a cell phone ticket don’t plead guilty always fight the charge, Especially if you have a CDL !

Trespassing charge downgraded to township ordinance

Mr. Zavistoski was extremely helpful and explained to me the law in detail. He was on schedule and it just took him one court appearance to downgrade a trespassing charge to a township ordinance. Highly recommended!

Great Lawer

Rob did a fantastic job with my case.. I had quite a few charges dui, cellphone and I believe careless driving. He got it all knocked down to a dui. With a in car interlock best out come I could have asked for.. Definitely would use him again.. Hopefully not though.
