criminal charges dismissed

We are very satisfied with the outcome of our case he was able to prove that my son had no involvement in the carjacking charge that he was accused of. I highly recommend Mr. Robert Zavistoski for any criminal defense issues.

DWI and breathalyzer refusal dismissed

I was falsely arrested for suspected DWI and entrapped. The trooper that took me in either intentionally misled me or was inexperienced and didn’t know what he was doing. He gave me a refusal of breathalyzer ticket without even offering a breathalyzer as an option. When he claimed he had read me a st...atement which he did not, I was stuck with a refusal of breathalyzer ticket and a DWI. Luckily I took a full panel drug test at an ER on the same night that showed all negative and zero blood alcohol content. Robert used this to get the DWI dismissed. He also got the refusal of breathalyzer dismissed after showing the prosecutor body cam footage and getting expert analysis. He did all the legwork and coordination while I just provided the full panel drug screen. I would recommend Robert to anyone dealing with a situation like this.

Would definitely recommend!!!

I’m was facing criminal charges and possibly losing my nursing license. This man was able to get it dropped down to a township ordinance and saved my life essentially. I can not thank him enough for everything he was able to do for me.

DUI dismissed

Robert was great help! Had 8 tickets dismissed stemming from a dui stop and arrest. Was only charged with a refusal to take breathalyzer and everything else was dismissed!
