Gald, that I hired him

After getting pulled over and receiving 2 tickets, one for reckless driving and the other for improper turning. I went online and research about the two tickets. I found out just with reckless driving I could be face with temporary suspension and with the other ticket I had to pay a surcharge of 150... for 3 years. That's not even including my insurance rate going up and the total points of 9. So the option was clear that I had to hire a lawyer. I called a couple of lawyers around the area, they were asking for such a high price and not a flat fee also. I recently bought a new car too, so my money was a little tight. I'm kind of regretting buying a 6 cylinder car, should have bought myself a Prius. So I found Mr. Blauvelt and his assistant, they were both nice and took care of everything for me. Mr. Blauvelt was an outstanding guy, very nice, and made me feel less nervous about the whole thing. He took my two tickets and drop the points to 0 from 9 and only have to pay one fee of 439. That's better than having my insurance go up and having to pay surcharges of 150 for the next 3 years!

Great "first lawyer" experience!

First lawyer experience, and Tom was awesome! He was professional and overall a genuine, nice guy. He made sure I understood what I was doing and didn't pressure me into any decisions. He turned what would have been four points on my license to zero points, and the fine wasn't too bad either. I wante...d to hug him for erasing all my points! I think his fee is fair and reasonable as well. In addition, his assistant, Ms. Rosado, was truly a pleasure to work with. I would definitely hire him again if I found myself in trouble again (but let's hope not).

Mr. Blauvelt went above and beyond

Received a reckless driving and speeding for 100 in a 65. Due to my work schedule, Mr. Blauvelt and his staff were able to execute a rather quick court date appearance on short-notice. He is very familiar with the courts' procedure and personnel, due to his 20 years of experience. Reckless driving wa...s dismissed. Mr. Blauvelt personally responded to email inquiries in a very efficient manner. I received a response at 10pm, he simply went above and beyond. Very grateful to have his representation.

HIGHLY RECOMMENEDED!

I had received 4 tickets (which included speeding and a suspended license charge) which would of been a disaster if I took care of on my own and probably with another attorney. Mr. Blauvelt did an amazing job on getting them reduced and dismissed. I may have to spend some money on fees but in the lon...g run it is and was worth it to hire Mr. Blauvelt. He is extremely professional but with an added sensitivity, which most attorneys lack. His assistant, Rusheena, was extremely kind and very attentive as well. I not only recommend him highly, but if ever needed (hopefully not lol) would hire in a second.

Very Impressed with legal representation on My behalf...

I had a case 17 yrs old, with a bond for Failure to appear, due to me not living in NJ. Mr. Blauvelt took my case outlining all of the options and possibilities. Not only was he able to represent me at a very fair rate,(I expected Double) but, as my Lawyer he, also was able to have... my bond completely removed pending a request for placement on the docket. The legal office kept me completely up to date, as the case was presented. The final outcome was even better than I expected with a better than anticipated or discussed resolution. If I ever need an attorney in NJ you can bet I will call Mr. Blauvelt !!!
