Enjoyed working with him

I hired Tom to represent me for a traffic matter. In the consultation Tom walked me through the process, which very clearly was routine for him even if new to me. He worked with me through the process and final outcome, which ended exactly as he had anticipated in the consultation. Tom and... his team were easily accessible and communicative throughout the process.

Great results, Dismissal of reckless driving tickets, Excellent representation for traffic tickets

I think Thomas is right when he says "You cannot afford not to hire an attorney" on his website. I want to personally add to it "You cannot afford not to hire Thomas Carroll Blauvelt." I had 5 traffic violation tickets including some pretty serious charges by a police officer who basically threw t...he book at me although it was my first offence. Thomas Blauvelt and his team showed me what is true professionalism and expertise - I didn't have to do anything, didn't have to do spend anytime on the matter and the results are great! He managed to get me 0 points on my license, which for sure exceeds my best expectation. Traffic violations can have serious consequences and can be stressful to deal with. But if you are in good hand such as Thomas, the concern should be minimal. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt and his team. I would highly recommend anyone with traffic tickets to hire him!!

Highly recommend, you will NOT regret it

Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the law and about the consequences that you face. Because of this he also thinks outside of the box and always has your best interest as top priority. He is patient, empathetic about what you’re going through and is strategic in the way that he approaches and navi...gates your case. You cannot ask for anything more when hiring an attorney. I was facing 2 years loss of license so you can imagine how scared I was. He somehow got it down to only 90 days. After years of delay because of Covid he managed to convince a prosecutor to not only recognize it as my first offense but to also have my charges be recognized under the new law as opposed to the old (when the charges took place) which had a harsher sentence. Not only is he phenomenal at what he does but he is a kind human being who really cares. I honestly don’t think another attorney could have done for me what he was able to. I am so extremely grateful to him (and also to Nicole on his team who was amazing as well) and I will never forget how kind and non-judgmental he was toward me during an extremely stressful, scary and unpredictable time in my life. If you are in trouble this is the man you will want to retain, trust me, you will not regret it. I am forever grateful to both Tom and Nicole, a heartfelt THANK YOU!

Excellent Advocate - strongly recommended

Mr. Blauvelt is a highly professional, experienced and sincere advocate whom I strongly recommend to anyone who is in need of true justice to consult him before going to any other advocate. He has extensive experience in his field, knows many people in many courts in New Jersey who also respect him d...ue to the work he does. He thinks out of the box to fight the case for his client. We had approached several other advocates who gave us same points and scared us whereas Mr. Blauvelt asked us different questions and showed us hope based on the specific points of the case he noticed that no one else noticed before. He and his team (staff) are caring, respond promptly and always notify client in advance about the next steps. Mr. Blauvelt helped us in a big way. Thomas was able to provide me with c...lear cut advice on my speeding ticket, the steps I should take before the court date and bringing an amazing deal to the table for me.
