5 - point speeding ticket & 2 - point careless driving ticket

I am a provisional driver and with a provisional license in NJ it is impossible to have a ticket downgraded to 0 points. Blauvelt and his team were able to negotiate a deduction of 5 points from my charge, leaving me with only 2 points. The careless driving ticket was dismissed and my 5 point ticket ...was reduced to a 2 point speeding ticket.

AMAZING!

Tom is an amazing lawyer. He was able to help me through my criminal case filed against my entire family. He was really reassuring throughout the process and in the first meeting told me that "I see alot of people walk into my office and I can tell when someone is lying and when someone is telling th...e truth. I know you are telling the truth and will help you get through this." That statement meant the world to me.

Seriously an AMAZING lawyer!!!!!

Mr. Blauvelt was seriously amazing. He was nice and helpful over the phone, and I believed that I hired a competent and good attorney at first. However once I saw him in action, that quickly changed to KNOWING I chose a GREAT attorney and competent would be an understatement for him. I was pulled ...over for driving with a suspended license as well as no liability coverage on the car. I was nervous since that was my second time getting pulled over in NJ with no liability, and the fines for that are about $1,000 and suspended drivers license. About 5 minutes after he got to the court house he spoke with the prosecutor, got the no liability downgraded to not having the insurance card in the car and a mere $106 fine. I mean, how much better can you do than that. He literally worked a miracle. In regards to the driving while suspended; since I was able to prove that I had paid the citation that the system was saying my license was suspended for , he was able to get a mere suspended license for 10 days and a meaningless fine for a few bucks. This lawyer has the connections, knowledge and guts which are all ABSOLUTELY necessary for you to be successful in fighting traffic citations. If anyone tells you that, "you can do it by yourself" or "hire the cheapest attorney", please do me a favor and don't listen to them. Mr. Baluvelt is incredibly fair priced (actually one of the cheaper attorneys I consulted with), and knows what he is doing, as well as being a 10/10 on Avvo. You cannot get better than that. If you don't believe me, just keep on reading. Literally EVERY review has something positive to say with a GREAT outcome attached to it. I want to thank Mr. Blauvelt for helping me through this, as well as doing it in a way where I felt like I was talking to a friend who CARED, and not like many other lawyers who after they get your money, don't want to hear from you until it comes time for you to review them. Whenever I called he was available (or called me back within the day). He is an experienced attorney and I SERIOUSLY advise anyone who needs an attorney for matters like this to give Mr. Blauvelt a call. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt and his team had a very professional approach through out my dealing with them. Tom helped me resolve the seeding ticket, failing to change the liscence to NJ from NY and unclear liscence plates with 4 points.

Grteat Job!!!

I was charge with reckless driving and improper turn in a car accident on New Jersey Turnpike. I was looking for an attorney and I saw Thomas Carroll review online and decide to give him a call. I meet with his partner attorney Agua Etuk twice in Elizabeth court after they reschedule the court date... he request to have the case dismiss judge dint want to make a decision that date to the reschedule a third court date in which I meet with their other attorney Nicole Thessen after the third court appearance the judge dismiss the case I could not ask for a better result. I want to thank attorney Etuk and Thessen for all your help and for such a great job.
