Excellent service

My words will not do justice in expressing my appreciation for Mr. Blauvelt and his staff. His firm handled a traffic violation matter for me, that resulted in a very fair and equitable result. Mr. Blauvelt was very professional, personable and reassuring - he commanded much respect with the Court ...and the Prosecutor. I cannot thank him enough!!!

Great results, Dismissal of reckless driving tickets, Excellent representation for traffic tickets

I think Thomas is right when he says "You cannot afford not to hire an attorney" on his website. I want to personally add to it "You cannot afford not to hire Thomas Carroll Blauvelt." I had 5 traffic violation tickets including some pretty serious charges by a police officer who basically threw t...he book at me although it was my first offence. Thomas Blauvelt and his team showed me what is true professionalism and expertise - I didn't have to do anything, didn't have to do spend anytime on the matter and the results are great! He managed to get me 0 points on my license, which for sure exceeds my best expectation. Traffic violations can have serious consequences and can be stressful to deal with. But if you are in good hand such as Thomas, the concern should be minimal. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt and his team. I would highly recommend anyone with traffic tickets to hire him!!

Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Blauvelt and his amazing staff! From my very first encounter they were professional, knowledgeable and very thorough with my case. They truly made me feel at ease about the process and were always available to answer any questions I had. I had received 5 traff...ic violations in addition to a DUI and he was able to get all 5 tickets dropped and my license did not get suspended. Considering the fact that this was my second offense, I was amazed as well as grateful that he made the impossible happen! If you are in need of an attorney for traffic violations and/or DUI, then look no further!

Great lawyer!

I got a traffic ticket and needed help so decided to call this firm. From the first phone call, they seemed very knowledgeable, attentive to what goal I was trying to obtain and very sincere as well. They took plenty of time on the phone with me and explained the steps they’d take to help me, one ste...p at a time. They followed up with emails and kept me in the loop about everything. I was also very happy with the outcome of my case. I would definitely recommend this firm to everyone. You don’t feel like a client, you feel like family.

DUI Representation

Thomas Blauvelt's recent defense on a DUI was nothing short of extraordinary. He knowledge and proficiency was incredible. I cannot say enough about strongly recommending Mr. Blauvelt for hire. The bottom line is that the ruling by the judge after the hearing went in our favor because of Thomas's eff...orts. Amazing.
