DWI breath test Dismissed :)

First of all a Big Thanks to Thomas Blauevelt, excellent lawyer. Promised his words and kept fighting till the end. I was never Disappointed. I got pulled over for DWI, i wasn't sure if I should hire a lawyer, but I made a smart move and looking at the reviews, Thomas Blauvelt was rated among the ...highest in DWI cases, so i took the chance and discussed my case with him. He told me all the penalties I would face and showed me my options. I saw that he was very knowledgeable, so I accepted him as my attorney. I was scared about loosing my license for 1 year and also facing many fines, but Mr. Blauvelt took the case on for more than 4 months and finally got a DWI breathalyzer test dismissal. I cant be more happier, also I got my two tickets (reckless driving and tint ticket) dismissed, which were given to me when I got pulled over for DWI. When I left the court, I ended up going out with a smile on my face, which I taught was never possible. Once again, great attorney IF YOU WANT THE BEST RESULT POSSIBLE HIRE HIM MANY THANKS TO THOMAS BLAUVELT

The Judge said it was “Magic”!

By the time I got in trouble with the law, a DWI offence, I was confused and afraid of what was going to happen with me. I then scheduled a free consultation with Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt. He immediately stroked me by his positive view of my case. In that first meeting he already started to ask m...e questions about how the police handled my case and how my breath test was taken. He could readily spot flaws in the breath analysis procedure only from what I said. Very important, he was not judgmental about what I did wrong with the law. So I feel quite comfortable exposing my case to him. Suffice to say that I hired him on spot and felt secure that I was being strongly defended. My case pointed to a 7 to 9 months suspension of my driver’s license, but Mr. Blauvelt always kept the positive perspective that my penalties could be ameliorated. And he did his job: with clinic eyes he caught inconsistencies on the police reports and handled an excellent deal with the prosecutor that agreed to let out the breath analysis from my case. Without that I got an attenuated 3 months suspension of my license and the dismissal of one of the accompanying offences. At the end of the Court session even the judge (I tough one) gave compliments to Mr. Blauvelt and literally used the word “Magic” to describe the job that Mr. Blauvelt did for me! Don’t get in trouble with the law. But if you do, I recommend a free consultation with the Attorney Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt to listen his opinion about your case.

Best Lawyer for Speeding ticket

Speeding ticket sounds like a minor problem but it became huge in my particular case. I had to leave the country because of an emergency. In my absence , the court required me to show up . I hired a lawyer and he ensured me that he can handle the matter. To my utmost disappointment , the court suspen...ded my license. I was disappointed in my lawyer. The matter became really complex since I was in Canada. I couldn't drive back with a suspended driving license . I didn't want to leave my car back in a foreign country either. Finally , I decided to look for a new lawyer to help me out. I carefully searched and fortunately came across Mr. Thomas. He assured me that I should not worry and he'll handle the case. I had no choice but to believe him. So finally , the judge agreed to accept the traffic fines without me showing up in the court. It was a great relief for me. I'm very thankful to Mr Thomas for helping me out in that tremendously stressful situation .

Highly recommended

I received a reckless driving ticket. As many folks would do, I conducted an online search for a lawyer who would help me address this issue. I came across this website and was impressed with the reviews that Mr. Blauvelt had received. I was however skeptical at first with all the positive reviews. A...fter speaking with a few lawyers over the phone, I found Mr. Blauvelt to be most responsive and with reasonable fees. During my initial consultation, Mr. Blauvelt answered all my questions and eased my anxiety and I was convinced that he would be able to help me with my case. I found Mr. Blauvelt to be very knowledgeable, personable and professional. The most impressive part was that I was able to get his responses to any questions that I had over email, usually within an hour or two and get a personal appointment with him within a short time frame. At the court again I found Mr. Blauvelt to be knowledgeable and well connected and he was able to help me get a reduced plea bargain. I highly recommend Mr. Blauvelt.

Defies what one typically thinks (or hears jokes) about lawyers

Tom turned out to be a fantastic lawyer. He handled a case regarding a serious juvenile DUI charge and his handling of thyis case was, in a word, "Masterful". Due to his knowledge of the law, perseverance, and ability to negotiate, he helped us out in ways you cannot event begin to imagine. The on...ly less-than-optimal aspect of this experience for us was that he did not keep us as informed as much as I had expected. I must add though, some of my expectations with regard to information transfer came from concern about the charges and costs; worry. And, when we were togehter to discuss statusand next steps, his advice and recommendations on how we should proceed where well founded, accurate. Lastly, Tom treats you like a human being, not like just another case. Highly recommend you consider him for your legal needs.
