Highly recommend, you will NOT regret it

Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the law and about the consequences that you face. Because of this he also thinks outside of the box and always has your best interest as top priority. He is patient, empathetic about what you’re going through and is strategic in the way that he approaches and navi...gates your case. You cannot ask for anything more when hiring an attorney. I was facing 2 years loss of license so you can imagine how scared I was. He somehow got it down to only 90 days. After years of delay because of Covid he managed to convince a prosecutor to not only recognize it as my first offense but to also have my charges be recognized under the new law as opposed to the old (when the charges took place) which had a harsher sentence. Not only is he phenomenal at what he does but he is a kind human being who really cares. I honestly don’t think another attorney could have done for me what he was able to. I am so extremely grateful to him (and also to Nicole on his team who was amazing as well) and I will never forget how kind and non-judgmental he was toward me during an extremely stressful, scary and unpredictable time in my life. Fantastic Lawyer: Hire with Confidence

Mr. Blauvelt is a fantastic lawyer. I was accused of a DWI in March 2020, before the pandemic lockdowns, and my case was just resolved in the summer of 2022. I was asleep in my car and the vehicle was left running. Mr. Blauvelt listened to my story and although he knew it would be a difficult defense... based on precedent in New Jersey, he was ready to fight against a conviction. Using his knowledge and experience, he mounted a three-prong defense, the heart of it being the officers' judgment when analyzing my road tests. During the process, many hearings were changed or canceled last minute, and the court was even changed. Throughout it all, Mr. Blauvelt kept my hope up while also explaining the risks of proceeding and the costs. In the end, the judge agreed with his defense, and the case was dismissed. I cannot recommend him enough. If you are ever in trouble, call Mr. Blauvelt.

Tough case resolved by mr Thomas (Tom ) My best experience ever with an attorney

Wow I’m so amazed with the work of mr Thomas (Tom) I search him up on Google and i do not regret picking him as my attorney I had such a huge headache with this case of mines before reaching out to him I had 6 tickets Dui, reckless driving , careless driving , unsafe lane change , failure to give p...roper signal , and Disregard stop sign after speaking with Tom I felt so much better and my hopes went up right away he made me feel confident that I was going to be ok very nice Person and very responsible when you reach out to him He makes sure he gets back to you finally the outcome of my case was that I had to pay the smallest fine which I was found guilty for the disregard stop sign and Tom was able to fight to have all the other 5 Dismissed I rate him a 5 star and highly recommend him to anybody in my family friends and out of my inner circle ( wonderful experience)

Excellent Advocate - strongly recommended

Mr. Blauvelt is a highly professional, experienced and sincere advocate whom I strongly recommend to anyone who is in need of true justice to consult him before going to any other advocate. He has extensive experience in his field, knows many people in many courts in New Jersey who also respect him d...ue to the work he does. He thinks out of the box to fight the case for his client. We had approached several other advocates who gave us same points and scared us whereas Mr. Blauvelt asked us different questions and showed us hope based on the specific points of the case he noticed that no one else noticed before. Truly Grateful for Mr. B

Facing a dui, refusal to submit in NJ, and added moving violations, Mr. Blauvelt was able to get rid of everything except the refusal which lead to minimum penalties and fines in 3 dates. When you find yourself in a circumstance where you are at odds ends, Thomas represents superb interest and ca...re in your case. The Firm is not merely communicative, but his associates, team, and staff are exceptional in handling all related matters when Mr. Blauvelt is in court or not as readily available. His experience and expertise in you're related matter will consistently resolve related matters in the fewest dates permissible.
