Found the best lawyer

I was facing a dui and researched for a few days to find the best lawyer. My research led to his high ratings, dui experience, past experience, and recommendations. I felt I had my best chances if I hired him. After hiring him, it was the best decision I have made because I have decided to take my du...i to trial. He was well known and respected in the courts which was a great advantage. The way he carried himself surely gave me confidence that he was great at what he did. He was always transparent. He gave me the best options and we definitey had a strong case. I kept going and took my chances as I was looking at 7 minths to 1 year suspension. He was able to get the breathalizer suppressed however, it was difficult to take on the sobriety test. When the best deal was presented before continuing in trial, I took it because it was too risky at that point. He always answered all my questions in and outside of the court. I was happy with the outcome because it was more than I expected. 3 months dui suspension and dismissal of all other tickets with no points and a couple of classes. I spent a lot for trial and to retain Tom however, it was worth every penny. You want the best, this is your guy. I confidently will say that no one else can have his work ethic and knowledge because he definitey went above and beyond for me.

Knowledgeable and Honest

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt is one of the best lawyers I’ve worked with. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I had gotten five ticket, one being a DUI, and thanks to his expertise all of the charges were dismissed. Can’t thank him enough for everything He did and all the time and effort He put into my c...ase. From the moment I hired him he quickly collected all the evidence and by the time I met up with him He knew everything about my case. His staff also did a great job following up with the court dates and sending me all the document prior to my court dates. You will not be disappointed.

Dwi and refusal in NJ

Firstly, the day I met Thomas on my matter ... he set expectations right. Always got a quick response and his paralegal is on each case all over. I got the best outcome for my case given my situation. He even pulled me out of the judge hearing to give me options of a trial based on what was going on... at that moment in court. This just shows how much he cares about his clients. He was ok with whatever decision I made but set my expectations right with what we can realistically defend. He will be long term attorney if I even ever run into any future traffic violations. Strongly recommend for the top notch professionalism and never swaying out of clients priorities.

Results Exceeded Expectations

Through strict adherence to legal requirements and diligent assessment of discovery, Mr. Blauvelt and his team were very effective in securing a judgement far lesser than expected. Instead of 7-12 months suspension and 6-12 months of interlock, I was sentenced to 3 months suspension and no interlock.... Mr. Blauvelt's thorough knowledge and extensive experience with the proceedings allowed him to identify and exploit weaknesses in the prosecution's case. This is the second time I retained his services and was very satisfied both times. Please do not drink and drive, but if you do, call Mr. Blauvelt.
