Bad checks

Mr Thomas Blauvelt ... a man of few words.. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and real professional... when I first met him.. he clearly stated the facts and possible outcomes without scaring me. My first impression for him was very good and decided to hire him instantly. Before meeting Thomas, I s...aw 2 other lawyers out of which one lawyer scared me to death and asked for huge fees. I somehow got involved with bad checks and didn't know what would happen since I don't have legal status. Thomas's team in office - Annabella and Elaine were always helpful and answered all questions accurately and also returned each and every call I made. on the day of my court appointment, Mr Thomas discussed my case with the prosecutor and he got the best outcome... I was charged with disorderly conduct and was sanctioned for PTI without affecting me legal status. Aqua also did a great job in the court... I was given a new life by Thomas... even million thanks is not enough for him... if you are looking for a best criminal lawyer, look no further...you have arrived at the right place.. hire Thomas immediately and let him handle your case. If I could, I would give Thomas a million star review

Absolutely Amazing !

I was facing a second DWI, refusal of the Breathalyzer and leaving the scene of an Accident. A total of 4 1/2 years without my license. I was in a very sad place because I work in the auto industry and have to keep a clean license to keep my job. I met with about 5 lawyers before I made the decision... to work with Mr. Blauvelt. He was the only one who was straight up, respected my time and made me feel like a person not a piece of junk, like the others. A true gentleman. After he carefully reviewed all the facts in my case he guided me on the process and when the time came for me to go to court I was very happy and grateful with my outcome. Thank you Mr. Blauvelt - follow up on a traffic ticket

Mr. Blauvelt helped me with a serious traffic ticket more than 5 years ago. At that time when I sought his legal representation, he put my fears to ease, was extremely patient with my questions, gave sound legal advise and was able to achieve a successful outcome. Five years down, I recently reached ...out to his office again regarding a question I had about answering a question on a job application that pertained to a background check. I was facing a tight deadline and really needed a fast response. I called his office over the phone and talked to his administrative assistant who was very friendly and courteous. She noted my question and concern, asked me to send an email with the relevant paperwork and promised to print those out for Mr. Blauvelt to review as soon as he got back to his office. She also asked me to email Mr. Blauvelt directly, in parallel. Further more, she commented that since Mr. Blauvelt had represented me in the past (even though it was more than 5 years ago!!!) on the same case, there would be no fees for my question. Sure enough, within a few hours I get a response from Mr. Blauvelt himself with his advise, which I followed, and was able to get the job!! I cannot thank Mr. Blauvelt enough. It is rare for an attorney of his stature to be so responsive to his client's requests

Speeding 91mph in a 65 mph zone on the NJ Turnpike

I have read countless testimonials from various satisfied clients that were represented by Thomas Blauvelt. When I called he explained everything in detail what would happen and how we can try to get the ticket reduced. He maintained his patience, after I asked numerous questions. His professional...ism and knowledge about the situation made me feel confident that we needed to retain Mr. Blauvelts' services. After retaining him, there was a little of uncertainty when communication by Mr. Blauvelt was through email, but when calling his office, the staff was very cooperative and were there to address any concerns we may have had. The first court date, the ticket was reduce to no points and pay a fine. The second court date, after discoveries, the ticket was dismissed. Mr. Blauvelts ability to achieve an outstanding outcome shows his dedication to stand by and help his clients through a stressful ordeal. He was the right choice and now he should be someones only choice. We can't thank him enough.

HAPPY

I recently hired Thomas Carroll Blauvelt, LLC., to assist me with a traffic violation and I can't thank them enough for the wonderful job they did representing me in court. They were incredibly professional, courteous from the beginning to the end. The full staff where very sympathetic to my situatio...n and I don't know how it could have went better. They explored every possible avenue in maximizing the settlement of the case and arranged everything so conveniently that I had no worries about the process whatsoever.
