Thomas Carroll Blauvelt represented my son in Court on a criminal case

Thomas Carroll Blauvelt represented my son on a criminal case and thanks to his help and expertise all the charges were dismissed. I can honestly say he is the best lawyer, very knowledgeable, very kind and specially He will make you feel that no matter what the case you are facing , he will do th...e best to help you get the best outcome. We made the best decision when we hired him to represent my son. I would recommended anybody that needs a lawyer as he is the best. Thank God and thank you Thomas for helping us.

So thankful we met him

Very honest, works hard for his clients. We went to other lawyers who scared us and were demanding large fees- Tom is not like that. He is very kind and optimistic. Truly a gift for our family during our case.

Highly Recommended Lawyer

I was falsely charged with Burglary not to long ago and so I knew I had to get a lawyer that had experience in these matters. I went to a couple of lawyers before meeting Thomas, however, I just did not feel like they would represent me well as they showed no care. Meeting Thomas was a godsend as he ...looked me in the eye the whole time , asked the right questions, went through what can be expected and more importantly believed in me. I also liked how he charged only a flat fee rate for the duration of the case. And the fee was very affordable. The same day I met him I made my decision. From then on, we mostly communicated by email. And yes, he does reply very promptly. The only thing that kind of bothered me was that I had to be the one who had to request for updates and any changes in court dates. I actually wasted a day off from my job because Thomas and his secretary failed to notify me earlier. Another little tidbit that frustrated me was that Thomas did not show up in the first court hearing but instead his associate (which I had no idea until I called). He did show up in the second and last court hearing. Yet, the results of the case overshadow any little complaints I mentioned. He made a deal with the other lawyer to reduce the burglary charge to just an ordinance which is basically just a ticket/fine. I could not be happier with this result. Thanks Thomas!

BEST DWI/DUI lawyer !

Almost two years ago, Friday night, Palisades Park NJ, i got pulled over by a police officer and arrested with DWI charge and 5 more tickets. gosh.. :( i only had two glasses of wine and a little bit of cocktail at my friend's wedding .. i think i was set up that he followed me from the restaura...nt. i was driving totally okay but police officer charged me very unjustly... anyway it was worst case i could't even imagine.. i tried to talk to other lawyers before i met Thomas Blauvelt but i wanted to hire the best lawyer because it was so important to me. Through Avvo web i could find best reviews and i called his office. i drove up his office by driving for hour and half form my home. Thomas also said that it's worst cast he never had before.. but he said he will do his best. most lawyers say that but he was very confident and knowledgeable.. than any other lawyer. i was very nervous and afraid.. it was my first arrested and DWI but Thomas really could make me feel calm and relaxed. had a couple of herein.. went to the court... i didn't do any and he did everything. the police officer has some issue and my case was postponed and it took another year.. got a letter a couple of month ago from the court, i worried about it and i called Thomas.. he worked on my case we went to the court and my case was all dismissed! i still can't believe that happened. i really want to thank God and Thomas! thanks for all your great work. i totally recommend Thomas Carroll Blauvelt. you are about to hire the best Lawyer! i can tell!!!

A true professional and gentlemen.

Mr. Blauvelt represented me when I received my first DUI. It was the worst mistake of my life and the uncertainty pertaining to my situation was slowly eating me away. Tom was able to always keep me at ease and answered every single one of my emails extremely quickly, no matter what day or time it wa...s. On the day of court, Mr. Blauvelt walked in, reviewed my case files, and spoke with the prosecutor. Within several minutes, the persecutor agreed to lower my suspension period considerably and allowed myself to get my life back on track. The whole process took only 30 minutes and for the first time since getting the DUI, I felt relief and it was all thanks to Tom's incredible services. His reputation, relationship with the prosecutor, and professionalism secured my case's final outcome. The best aspect about hiring Tom was that he treats you like a person, not solely as a client. This gentlemen spoke to me with professionalism and concern, understanding my situation and assuring me that my life and career will still go on as planned. He understood that I was very concerned about my job and made sure that I did not have to take any time off to meet with him or go to court. He went above and beyond to work around my schedule and that in itself is worthy of commendation. He did not have to do that, but did so anyway because he understand his clients' situations. Do not think any of these reviews are exaggerating Tom's experience, he is definitly the best of the best. He listens to any concerns you may have and answers them with honestly and reason and will always fight to give you the best possible outcome. He charges a very modest flat flee, especially seeing just what he was able to get accomplished, and will always be available for any questions and concerns. If you are in a difficult situation that requires a good lawyer, Thomas Blauvelt is hands down the most professional and effective lawyer to hire.
