Excellent Attorney

Thomas Carrol Blauvelt was an excellent attorney. The day that we met he explain me all my options and situations that could happen in the court. The day of my hearing , he had a car accident and he contact me inmediately and toll me that he would be late. When he arrived to the court , he di...d an extraordinary job that result in a dismissal. I am very please with the service provided by Thomas Carroll Blauvelt. He is not only an excellent attorney but an exceptional Human being.

Choosing Thomas to represent me was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Thomas is a great attorney. As I was searching desperately for someone to represent my borderline DUI case, his name came up on this website with a number of excellent reviews and solid recommendations. Other attorneys popped up as well during my search. I called 3 different attorneys, spoke to th...em all, and decided on Thomas based on how comfortable I felt during the conversation and his previous experience with cases similar to mine. At no point did he give me unrealistic optimism, but just enough to appreciate his willingness to do whatever he could to help me out. The first time we met, he answered all of my questions honestly and with the potential outcomes. In the end, he was able to get my charge reduced -- no DUI and a fair penalty on the facts. I would highly recommend Thomas; as all cases are different, I would recommend simply giving him an initial call to determine whether he's the right person for you. He will be honest, provide the facts, and will answer any questions you have; if he takes your case and you choose him, he will do everything he can to get you the best outcome possible.

3 DWIs 1 dismissed and 1 turned over on appeal. AAA+++ attorney

Tom represented me on 3 DWI cases, the 1st one Tom challenged the Alcatest readings and the judge did not agree. Tom Appealed the case and won the appeal, Tom also represented me on 2 other DWI cases, and was able to get one of the 2 dismissed. I did end up losing my license for 2 years, but not for ...12, and no jail time. Tom is very good as a DWI defense attorney. I hope I never have the need to be represented again for this type of thing, but if I do, I will certianly call Tom. I called Tom about another matter unrelated to my DWIs and tom recommended another attorney that specialized in that area of the law. his referred lawyer was as professional and detailed as tom.

The Best Lawyer I've Ever Worked With. Beat 2 DWI Charges.

I was prosecuted for 5 Traffic Violations including a DWI and a DWI Within a School Zone. The penalty for the DWI would have been 1 - 2 years suspended license. Although I was under the BAC limit at 0.07, needless to say, I was extremely worried. I met with Tom and during our first visit, he alre...ady had a map printed out proving that I was NOT within a school zone. He also came up with a winning strategy to get a deal worked out with the prosecution and I was able to beat ALL the DWI charges. Tom was extremely professional and honestly had my best interest at heart. He also kept me aware of the approaching court dates and what specific documents I should provide. Tom also sent me a course to take to reduce the number of points on my license due to the other Traffic Violations. There's a reason Tom has a reputation for being one of the (if not the) best DWI/DUI lawyer in NJ and he proved it to me. I will definitely seek counsel from Tom for all my legal disputes going forward and I will definitely refer him to others that are in similar predicaments. Needless to say it was a pleasure working with him and I was extremely satisfied with the results.
