Good Lawyer, Great Human Being.

After getting myself into a bad situation, I consulted with Mr. Blauvelt immediately after reading all the great reviews about him. He was honest and straightforward, and his demeanor helped me relax a bit. I had a DUI and refusal charge to fight and to make a long story short, we both came to the co...nclusion that it would be in my best interest to plead guilty to the DUI and take the shorter suspension and without the interlock, as opposed to taking the refusal charge with a much longer suspension and having to get that awful interlock device installed in my car. Although it stinks to have a DUI on my driving record forever, I guess it could've been a lot worse and I feel like I made the right decision considering the circumstances. And it couldn't have been done without the help of Mr. Blauvelt and his experience with these types of matters. He answered all of my phone calls and the questions that followed and was there every step of the way. It also didn't hurt that he's a New York Giants fan. If you ever find yourself in a sticky DUI/refusal situation, or any traffic violation matter, see Mr. Blauvelt. You won't regret it.

DWI Case

I got DWI and 2 other tickets on NJ Turnpike and after consulting couple of lawyers over the phone, I have chose to take services from Mr. Thomas Carroll Blauvelt and I am so glad now that I made the right choice and right decision. Mr, Thomas is very professional and very kind to explain the details... in very granular level to me. He is very deep into this subject and he knows how to deal with such cases with high level of success rate. He always studies the case in so detail and provides to the point information to client which helped me out in understanding the case and situation. He is the best in this dwi/dui matters and the charges are really very affordable compared to other lawyers in the city. I have to appear in court few times while Mr. Thomas was trying to negotiate the case with prosecutor and he sensed that we need expert to look into my case and he advised me to do so and we consulted the expert who provided insight into the case which made us win the case in the court. Now, I don't have any DWI in my history and I have been only charged for other tickets and it was great deal offered to me and I am glad that I accepted and we won the case in court. Friends, I would definitely suggest Mr. Thomas for his services for DWI/DUI case and I am sure that you will never repent after taking his services. So, all the best drive safe in future and in case of any problem consult Mr. Thomas for his services. Thank you once again Mr. Thomas to bring me out from the mess.

Execellent Attorney

Attorney Blauvelt represented me in a tricky criminal case where I was facing some very serious charges that would directly effect my career in finance and professional licenses. Tom was able to get the charges lowered to much lesser charge due to his continuous investigation in the case and ability ...to work with the prosecution. MUST HIRE HIM! THE BEST DWI/DUI LAWYER IN NJ

I had a DWI case with 0.17 and tried to find a good lawyer to help me. I first contacted my friend who had dwi cases and found out their lawyer couldn't make any difference and they got 7 month suspension with 1 year interlock. I searched internet and even this site AVVO was very new to me. I read al...l reviews and contacted Thomas based on other people's rating. From the beginning to the end, I am very much satisfied with his service and knowledge. I ended up with 3 month suspension without interlock. At the court, judge even told me that his research and effort made my case unprecedentedly better. He took my alcho test off the table and dropped the speed tickets and reckless driving. If you are looking for a DWI/DUI lawyer and do not hire him, you will be very upset at the court. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!

DWI

I was charged with a DWI and other 3 ticket in Eastampton in the march 2015. Tom took the necessary steps in acquiring all the discovery information and videos from the headquarters as well as the police car. I was looking from a 7 month-1 Year suspension to a 90 day suspension. If you are in need of... an attorney do not hesitate at all and retain his services(his prices are reasonable as well); He will do EVERYTHING to get you the best result possible for your case and keep you well informed and at ease when you are in such a hard situation. After 3 times visit in Court and 4 month of time all tickets drop and left with hard 90 days suspension.
