Best DUI and MVC Lawyer in NJ

I am a NJ resident that received an out-of-state DWAI conviction from NY due to a BAC of .07. When NY passed this offense to the NJ MVC, they automatically interpreted it as a full DUI and threatened to suspend my license and fine me $3,000! This was outrageous, as there is no law in NJ for anythin...g less than .08 BAC, and as recorded in court documents, I was under this limit. I hired Tom based on his successful DUI and MVC record, and I am very grateful that I did! This unfounded NJ suspension could have cost me my job and thousands of dollars. Tom got to work right away to write up the case for my defense and to explain to the MVC that my BAC was under the legal limit in NJ. While this case took several years to resolve, the MVC finally agreed to withdraw the potential suspension and drop the charges against my NJ driving record. Tom was available to answer all of my questions along the way, and did not provide any misleading expectations. He is an effective communicator that provides results. I was positioned to be wrongly punished, but the work of Tom and his office ensured that justice prevailed!

traffic tickets

Thank you so much for representing my wife to dismiss and downgrade her two traffic tickets (7 points) into a single no-point traffic ticket. The result was so much better that we had expected. Mr. Blauvelt even stuck around after we paid the fine to make sure the code on the receipt is for the no-po...int offense, that's so nice, thorough, and professional. Again, we sincerely thank Mr. Blauvelt and his entire legal team for such an excellent work!!!! I will definitely recommend Mr. Blauvelt to anyone who needs the best traffic ticket lawyer!!

Bad checks

Mr Thomas Blauvelt ... a man of few words.. Very knowledgeable, down to earth and real professional... when I first met him.. he clearly stated the facts and possible outcomes without scaring me. My first impression for him was very good and decided to hire him instantly. Before meeting Thomas, I s...aw 2 other lawyers out of which one lawyer scared me to death and asked for huge fees. I somehow got involved with bad checks and didn't know what would happen since I don't have legal status. Thomas's team in office - Annabella and Elaine were always helpful and answered all questions accurately and also returned each and every call I made. on the day of my court appointment, Mr Thomas discussed my case with the prosecutor and he got the best outcome... I was charged with disorderly conduct and was sanctioned for PTI without affecting me legal status. Aqua also did a great job in the court... I was given a new life by Thomas... even million thanks is not enough for him... if you are looking for a best criminal lawyer, look no further...you have arrived at the right place.. hire Thomas immediately and let him handle your case. Cell Phone Ticket dismissed

I received a cell phone ticket while in New Jersey. I do not live in NJ and could not take off from work so I hired Mr Blauvelt to represent me in this matter. Mr. Blauvelt was excellent! He represented me in court and was able to get the ticket dismissed. He works very hard in representing his c...lients. Shoplifting

Attorney had excellent knowledge about the possible outcomes and he made sure we get the outcome we wanted. There were few hurdles but he made sure we get the results without affecting immigration status. it took little time but got the way we wanted.
