Great Person and Lawyer

I went through a nastiest divorce, and worked with several attorney during last couple of years. I hired Mr. Blauvelt when my ex wrongly accused me of restraining order violation. Mr. Blauvelt always very straight forward and remained very calm and focus during all this process. He guided me. At the ...end I got the best results possible and extremely satisfied with his service. He is a great person and lawyer. He went beyond his responsibilities as being a attorney and helped me. DWI dismissed!

After 6 months of this case, Thomas got my DWI dismissed with a BAC of 0.14! Thomas is very professional and wants to get the best outcome for his clients. He had a good relationship with the prosecuter which helped my case significantly considering I was also under aged. Even the judge,himself was s...urprised that he got all my tickets and DWI dismissed (reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, driving after hours provisional license, etc.) The judge said it himself, that I had one of the best! I am so thankful that I chose Thomas Blauvelt for this case that if, I was convicted resulted in many problems for my future.

Greatest Of All Time

I hired Thomas after looking up lawyers online and I'm so glad that I did. He is so dedicated to each individual case and his experience shines through and through. He has gotten me through a hit and run facing 9 points and a 6 month suspension down to a 2 point careless driving ticket. In addition, ...I had got caught with a CDS, paraphernalia, and possession with intent to use. Amazingly, he got all yes ALL charges dismissed! Thomas even proceeded to help me get my record completely expunged . He is very committed to his clients and keeps you informed through each and every step of the processes you go through with your trial. Thomas is extremely caring and allows you to feel comfortable and confident in going through your court cases which obviously a stressful time for the client. His experience and perseverance yield nothing but the utmost best results. It is because of Thomas I can move forward with my life and create a brighter future for myself and my daughter. What an outstanding defense service we were provided!

In March 2010 me and my wife called Attorney Blauvelt to defend us against a serious charge (9:6-1B) which started in Municipal Court and got quickly escalated to Superior Court. In April 2010 we were already signing into a minimal period of PTI (6 months), which his Law Offices managed to negotiate ...with the prosecutor. In Nov 2015 our case was successfully dismissed and closed without any cost to us. Throughout the defense process Attorney Blauvelt kept us updated, which included several face to face sessions in his office. Given that we were non-U.S. citizens he was very diligent in explaining to us every detail of the law pertaining to our case and the consequences of every motion and decision made. Additionally, his service fees were very affordable, especially given the fact that both me and my wife were International Students at that time without any regular income. Later on when we moved out of NJ to another state, Attorney Blauvelt helped us expunge our arrest records without us even having to appear in NJ. Now after 7 years, we are in the process of adjusting our status to permanent resident in U.S. and quickly finding out that in addition to state laws we must also satisfy the requirements of the Federal Immigration Law. Looking back at our case we are extremely grateful to Attorney Blauvelt and his Law Offices for handling our case in such a manner that we were not convicted not only under NJ state law but also under Federal Immigration Law, because he and his assisting attorney were very careful in making sure that we as non-U.S. citizens did not plead guilty as a condition for being offered a minimal duration PTI program. Had we done so, under the Federal Immigration Law we would have become automatically ineligible for immigration to U.S. He is the real professional and one of the best lawyers in NJ. I would very strongly recommend Attorney Blauvelt and his Law Offices to anyone who is seeking a reliable defense service. PS: Even after 7 years, Attorney Blauvelt is responding to our queries on the past matter and providing invaluable support in our immigration process.

Amazing Attorney, Great Results and Highly recommended.
