Mr. Popovich explained why he would not pursue a case against a minor who was harassing me and my business. Although I did not necessarily agree with everything he said, he gave me his opinion in the way that an attorney would interpret the law, which I have found over the years, is not the way laym...en would interpret the law. It appears that in my case, there really is not much that could be done and that is not the fault of this attorney. At least he did not waste my time/money by giving me hope that I might be able to win this case. Trust me, I have had attorneys that brought me into the office stating that they wanted to look at the case, took my money and then basically threw the case when we got to court. It has given me a distrust for most attorneys. I'm glad that at least Mr. Popovich gave me an honest opinion regarding the case and that he would not pursue it.

Even though you could not help me due to my matter being out of state, you showed care and concern fo...r my issue and I greatly appreciate you very much for your assistance and advice. The laws on the books need to be revised so these situations don't happen but I guess that is what Wills are for. It would be nice if it became a law that every person must have a Will on file in every state. This would avoid all of the pain and suffering decendents/heirs go through when proper planning doesn't happen. I found Mr. Popovich through AVVO. He answered one of my questions. I emailed him to discuss my matter further as I had a few questions and I had no clue about the law process.
