Mr. Popovich explained why he would not pursue a case against a minor who was harassing me and my business. Although I did not necessarily agree with everything he said, he gave me his opinion in the way that an attorney would interpret the law, which I have found over the years, is not the way laym...en would interpret the law. It appears that in my case, there really is not much that could be done and that is not the fault of this attorney. At least he did not waste my time/money by giving me hope that I might be able to win this case. Trust me, I have had attorneys that brought me into the office stating that they wanted to look at the case, took my money and then basically threw the case when we got to court. It has given me a distrust for most attorneys. I'm glad that at least Mr. Popovich gave me an honest opinion regarding the case and that he would not pursue it.

My case is a very complex one. I went to 6 attorneys; each one charging $250. Three attorneys wanted to charge me between $10,000-$15,000, for a retainer fee. Mr. Popovoch informed me the average retainer fee is $2,500-$7,500. He added that sometimes lawyers may charge a bit money. Mr. Popovo...ch also suggested legal advice. I ran this information by my attorney. Shockingly my attorney decided Mr. Popovich's legal advice, regarding grounds for suing was the "best way to go." I was a little annoyed that my attorney did not come up with thiesd grounds for suing on his own, I am extreamly grateful to Mr. Popovoch. He steered me in the right direction. The information he provided was honest and useful. I would definitely recommend him as an attorney. M
