The laws on the books need to be revised so these situations don't happen but I guess that is what Wills are for. It would be nice if it became a law that every person must have a Will on file in every state. I found Mr. Popovich through AVVO. He answered one of my questions. I emailed him to discuss my matter further as I had a few questions and I had no clue about the law process.
