The laws on the books need to be revised so these situations don't happen but I guess that is what Wills are for. It would be nice if it became a law that every person must have a Will on file in every state. My case is a very complex one. I went to 6 attorneys; each one charging $250. Three attorneys wanted to charge me between $10,000-$15,000, for a retainer fee. Mr. Popovoch informed me the average retainer fee is $2,500-$7,500. He added that sometimes lawyers may charge a bit money. Mr. Popovo...ch also suggested legal advice.
