I had a question in regards to age of consent with my 18 year old son. Not only did Mr. Popovich answer on the night before a holiday but he gave solid information for me, a single mom, to begin the confusing laws so that I can open up the communication of making good decisions. I can say, without... a doubt, if I ever need to hire a lawyer, I would not hesitate to hire him.

The laws on the books need to be revised so these situations don't happen but I guess that is what Wills are for. It would be nice if it became a law that every person must have a Will on file in every state. This would avoid all of the pain and suffering decendents/heirs go through when proper planning doesn't happen.
