Seymour stepped up to the plate

When I was unable to find any Bankruptcy Attorney in the Tri County Area to take over an existing open Bankruptcy case Seymour came to the rescue!! I had an Attorney steal my funds while in Bankruptcy and the Attorney would eventually be investigated by the Attorney Ethic Commitee. Since this Attorne...y was well known and no one in the Tri County area would take my case. Seymour helped and assisted me all the way to the completion of my Bankruptcy. Any assistance or guidance that was needed Seymour was always ready an available. There are many things I like about Seymour, he is straight forward and tells you the facts. There is no beating around the bush!! If Seymour wasn't available when I called he would always call back the same Day. That's a big plus when your distraught, worried and need guidance. Seymour Office is well staffed and always been kind and courteous to me,

Miscommunication

Seymour was a very nice man when I first met him. He remained nice throughout the whole process....however after the first meeting you only deal with his staff and rarely get to see him. The level of incompetence and the blatant disregard to keep you informed, none returning of phone calls, not mak...ing good on things that were promised, was mind blowing. I paid my money pretty quickly and was then taken to some paralegal who lost my file which delayed my filing for a month an a half. In the meantime wages were still being garnished, and the state of NJ was about to take my return until I called the office and flipped out. I found myself always having to call them because nothing was ever done right and I would hardly ever get returned phone calls. I even filed an ethical complaint on them but of course they didn't find an ethical problem because incompetence is not an ethical issue. The whole experience was a huge mess and there were others issues that came up...my best guess is that there are too many people working on your case who don't communicate. He had to have his senior paralegal quickly type up n file my case. This paralegal seemed to be the only competent one in the bunch. Hopefully this was just a fluke with my case but I'd never use them again if I were to ever need this type of legal guidance again...too many mess ups

A Great Help

It's not easy getting to the point where you're considering filing for bankruptcy, but Mr. Wasserstrum was VERY helpful and all of his staff were courteous as well as helpful. He helped outline the necessary steps to take and assigned a specific lawyer to us so that everything went smoothly. Finally ...the incessant calls from the debt collectors have stopped! Don't hesitate to contact him if you need some advice on how to handle your overwhelming debts. I highly recommend Mr. Wasserstrum.
