A few days after the sandy storm 3rd Nov 2012 time was about 5 AM ,it was very dark, there was no power , the traffic lights were not working . My daughter had two tickets that equaled 7 points while she was on her provisional license. I was sure that she would have her license taken away for 30 days while they tried to reduce the points.
