Best Attorney Around ... Hands Down!

I'm sitting at my computer looking at a settlement check Mr. Hark provided me today for finishing my workers compensation case. I am a school bus driver that was struck by a landscaping truck with a stoned driver. Thank God none of my children were on the bus as I was between runs heading back in th...e early morning 3 -1/2 years ago. Although it took a while, I know Mr. Hark did everything he could to represent me against the landscape company, the driver who was criminally charged, and my own Worker's Compensation insurance company. I had lots of problems with my neck, back and shoulders as a result of the accident and Mr. Hark did everything he could to make sure I got all of the possible treatment. Mr. Hark always answered my calls, stayed on top of everything and never made me feel uncomfortable about even the smallest question me or my family had about my cases. When it came time to settle the cases he made sure that I got the best result, The Worker's Compensation lien was as little as possible, my child support arrearages were all paid off, and my family was taken care of. Thankfully I never lost my job and I'm back at work doing what I love to do, driving kids to and from school as always. I always tell them to stay in school so they don't become a bus driver. At my job we are told about how dangerous school bus driving is and how the drivers on the road are disregarding our yellow lights and red lights more and more every day. I have read about this on Mr. Hark's website because he updates his website about school bus crashes around the State of New Jersey. I'm sure it's not a question of if I'm going to be in another accident but, when I'm going to be in another accident as a school bus driver. Hopefully it never happens but if it does I will absolutely call Mr. Hark right away and get his name out to every parent who's child is on my bus. He took care of me and my family and I know that he can take care you and your family with reliable, professional and excellent legal services.

More on Jeffrey Hark

My dad, Sam Harper, just submitted a review of Jeffrey and I wanted to add a few additional comments as well. First of all, I agree with my dad and all the other reviews of Mr. Hark. Honestly, these reviews are really on point and reflect my family's years of experience and personal service with Mr.... Hark's office. I always feel comfortable calling Jeff to discuss my personal injury matter or any other legal issue which may or may not relate to my case. He always gives me his undivided attention, honest opinion, and professional advice. Sometimes I may just call him and ask about a Supreme Court decision or something that happened in the news and he always treat me like family. I always feel comfortable speaking with Mr. Hark because he doesn't talk down to me, explains everything in a manner I understand, and helps me address the medical issues to make me feel better. I would recommend Mr. Hark to anybody who is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced attorney who will help to make them feel better and take the legal issues off of the table. He has always given my family 100% and I know he will give your family 100% to get you the results you are entitled to!

Personal injury claim client

Jeffrey has represented me on numerous personal injury and workers compensation claims over the last 20 years. Not only has he represented me personally but he has also represented my lifelong friend for a very serious criminal matter. I'm writing this review today because Jeff has again settled ...a personal injury matter for me and obtain a very successful result against all odds and much to my surprise. He is always open, direct, straightforward and honest with me and my family. My daughter is submitting a review today as well because she was so happy and pleasantly surprised with how easy Jeff is the deal with how straightforward and professionally he handled our personal injury matter quickly ( Settled in less than 9 months!!) and easily. Former Criminal/WC Client

I was involved in a very serious truck crash as a driver for a small hauling company. My boss and employer required me to do certain things after the crash to hide evidence of the crash. Given the severity of the crash and my stupidity, I listened to my boss and as a result was charged with some pret...ty serious offenses. Jeffrey was direct, honest, straight-forward and handled my matter calmly, professionally and worked hard so I would not face substantial state prison time, lose my CDL, and my ability to earn a living. Jeffrey worked effortlessly with the Prosecutor to get me the best result for a bad circumstance that I placed myself in. Yes I did go to jail and yes I have a criminal conviction for what I did at the direction of a forceful and threatening boss but things could have been a lot worse. Jeffrey gave me good advice, and I was very satisfied with the ultimate outcome. He always called, communicated with me on a regular basis and I dealt with him directly on all major issues that involved by case and my life. Jeffrey told me he was aggressive and hands-on and he truly was involved in every aspect of my case from the beginning to the end. As a result of this very same truck crash, I pursued a Workers Compensation claim that Jeffrey Hark also handled. I sustained serious psychological damage as a result of this truck crash and what my employer compelled me to do following the crash. Mr. Hark took complete control by scheduling me to see a psychologist, making sure I received the Temporary Disability Benefits I was entitled to and ultimately resolved my Comp Claim in a favorable light. Mr. Hark's knowledge of the Workers Compensation system was far beyond what I could imagine. I would highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves involved in a work related injury.

Attorney's attorney!

I am a local trial attorney who was involved in a pretty serious truck crash 18 months ago. When I showed up in Court one day with my arm in a cast Mr. Hark asked what happened to me. After I described the crash, Jeffrey insisted he represent me (and I not represent myself) due to his significant e...xperience handling major commercial truck crashes involving some of the largest trucking companies in the country. He explained to me the seriousness of my case and the manner in which the trucking industry insurance companies and their teams of lawyers will handle my case. He convinced me I needed someone on my side to work for me so I could focus on getting better and getting back to my professional life and family life! Mr. Hark settled a case that has disrupted my professional life, my personal life and my family life in ONLY 18 MONTHS! He communicated with me via phone, email and regular mail almost weekly! I would be updated on the litigation progress, important Court events, doctor's appointments and discovery issues by Jeff personally, his legal assistant and his secretarial staff on such a regular basis, I knew everything they were doing! Although extremely busy with his other substantial criminal, personal injury and workers compensation practices, Jeff always took the time to discuss the serious issues in my case as well as the areas of weakness.
